The lobby, reception area, and lift need serious upgrades!!! The corridors could definitely use more attention to cleanliness, and the noise from outside was quite bothersome at night!!! A little effort could go a long way!!!

I mean, it's an absolute pity because the rooms aren’t bad. i thought I’d at least receive a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.
